Site Protection through Observational Techniques T-T-T: LSU (AWR-219.1)

The New Jersey Office of Homeland Security and Preparedness will sponsor multiple sessions of a one-day training course titled, Site Protection through Observational Techniques Train-the-Trainer (AWR-219). The course will be instructed by the National Center for Biomedical Research and Training (NCBRT) at Louisiana State University (LSU), a member of the National Domestic Preparedness Consortium (NDPC).

COST: None, but please preregister as seating is limited.

DESCRIPTION:
In this awareness course, an overview of threat and vulnerability analyses and how these can be used to establish effective defenses; security operations for prevention and detection of potential terrorist acts including threat and vulnerability analyses; and four activities of the ongoing screening process: assessment, identification, evaluation, and action.

TARGET AUDIENCE:
This course is designed for Law Enforcement, Private Sector or Corporate Security and Safety Professionals who are seeking to train participants by teaching the indirect delivery version of this course.
