The course provides a brief overview of the terrorist threat that faces the U.S. today including types of biological agents that could be used in terrorist attacks, tactics for identifying the presence of a potential biological threat, and methods of protection from biological agents (with an emphasis on protection using equipment readily available to most emergency responders).
