NJOHSP Hosts Interfaith Advisory Council Meeting to Protect and Promote Religious Freedom Throughout New Jersey

ROBBINSVILLE, NJ – On June 25, Governor Philip D. Murphy and the New Jersey Office of Homeland Security and Preparedness (NJOHSP) held their quarterly Interfaith Advisory Council (IAC) meeting at BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir in Robbinsville, New Jersey. Over 300 IAC members, high-ranking State officials, and law enforcement executives were in attendance.

Interfaith Advisory Council - Muslim Outreach Committee Meeting

New Jersey’s top law enforcement executives met with over 70 faith-based leaders and government representatives from throughout the state for the quarterly Interfaith Advisory Council meeting today in New Brunswick. The Council allows State leadership to maintain an ongoing dialogue with all communities of faith in New Jersey and address security needs and concerns.
