The National Center for Biomedical Research and Training (NCBRT) at Louisiana State University (LSU), a member of the National Domestic Preparedness Consortium (NDPC), will be instructing the DHS approved training course entitled "Transit Terrorists Tools and Tactics" LSU (AWR 157).

COST: None, but please preregister as seating is limited.

DESCRIPTION

This course is designed to address the technical aspects of detecting, deterring, preventing, mitigating and responding to a potential CBRNE attack directed against a transit system facility. As such, it provides detailed information through presentations and practical exercises requiring participants to demonstrate skills obtained during this course.

TARGET AUDIENCE

Transit system personnel who have extensive contact with the public.
